Lucy and my mom, Charlotte Rose, were best friends since about 1970, we spent many great times together as we were growing up in Newport news, Lucy was family to us, I have so many great memories of her, she was a true lady very compassionate, a trusted friend and confidant,
please know we will miss her greatly here in Virginia.
