You will be greatly missed Pops! Thank you for keeping all our husbands in line when they got wild growing up. And thank you for always welcoming us into your home and family with open arms. We love you and Kay both so much.

Martin was a true gentleman and great Landman. I did my first deal with him in 1980 on a south Louisiana prospect. He was a man who was humble, honest, a hard worker and always had time to see how I was doing. They don’t make many good men like Martin. A true friend. He will be missed.

To Kay and the family;
Martin was a good friend with whom I shared many good times and business relationships over the past +-50 years. Knowledgeable, honest, fair and reliable, he was very well respected in the energy industry. Please accept my sincere condolences.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. He was a dearly loved volunteer here and his friends, whom he treated like family, will miss him greatly.

For 50+ years, through thick and thin , Mr. Black was always a wonderful friend to my family. I have many fond memories of Mr. Black from my youth and beyond. When our Dad passed, Mr. Black stepped in and helped where he could. I especially remember a hunting trip he took us on, that first fall after our Dad passed.
Good man gone, may you rest in peace fine sir.
