Samuel Ackley Obituary
The world was sadden on June 16, 2016 when Samuel Aaron Oneil Ackley, 19, went to be with his Lord and Savior. He was born on June 30, 1996 in Humble, Texas. Samuel graduated New Caney High in 2014. Samuel was an ambitious young man; he achieved his TCEQ OSSF Apprentice License and while becoming the 4th licensed generation business owner. Working with his parents in their septic business, Allied Septic Service. Samuel was a true entrepreneur filing his DBA as "Sams Septic" in 2015. He also went into the construction field obtaining his OSHA, Forklift and PPE and other Certifications. He loved to fish and hunt, but loved his family more than anything. Samuel is preceded in the death by his grandparents, Joyce and Santos Lamas, Carol Manasco Boyd known as "Nanny" and Isaac RW Ackley and his Uncle Kenneth Allen Ackley known as "Uncle Kenny". Samuel is survived by his loving parents, David Lee and Angeles Hannah Ackley known as "Angel"; big brother, Isaac David Lee Ackley and wife Patricia Elaine, and his nephew to be; sister, Anna Joy Grace Ackley; great Aunt Dee Smith, Aunt Vicky Grothe, Uncle Billy Ackley, Aunt Elizabeth Lamas Dodson known as "Aunt Missy", Uncle Jonathan Lamas, Uncle David Lamas, Uncle Mike Boyd, Aunt Meredith Lamas Burney known as "Aunt Mae". Numerous great uncles and aunts, cousins, second cousins and many treasured friends. Samuel was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Samuel's family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2016. The funeral service will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. Graveside service will be at Brookside Cemetery in Houston off Lauder Road at 3:00 pm. There will be a balloon release Celebrating Samuel's 20th Birthday following the graveside service. O fficiating, Pastor Ray Morris and Pastor James Sheppeard "Uncle Jimmy

Oh Samuel, I will never understand why some of the brightest lights burn out first. You truly were one of the brightest, with one of the biggest hearts of anyone I've ever met. I drove back to New Caney to be with you on your birthday, you sure were loved by so many people. I know you were right there with all of us celebrating your birthday with that huge smile on your face that you always had. You're not a teen-ager anymore! Your service was absolutely beautiful & i know you enjoyed Anna singing just for you...she has a wonderful voice & you always encouraged her to sing all the time. I'm so sorry I didn't take the time to come hang out with you the last time you asked me to in April. I never imagined it would be the last time I'd talk to you or that I wouldn't get the chance to see you again. We only knew each other for a couple years, but in that short time you made great impact on my life. You motivated me as well as many others to always strive for the best & to work hard for everything you have. You always worked your butt off & had a very strong mentality...not many guys your age could say that. I'm going to miss the times you would stay at my house with Jason for days at a time & I'd come home at night and you were a asleep in my bed so id have to sleep on the couch, then you'd wake me up super early to go get donuts & kolaches. Lol. You will forever be missed down here in this crazy world, but you're one of the lucky ones who have gotten the chance to walk through those pearly gates & meet our Lord & Savior. Watch over all of us down here, your family especially needs some comfort and understanding. Save a spot for us up there in paradise & leave a few fish in the pond so we can fish with you until we meet again..thank you for all the great things you brought to this world in your short time here with us.

Son, you absolutely know We love you. You know you'll be in my heart, on my mind, in my thoughts, everyday. Just as if you were here. Your in my prayers, my prayers daily and every night. Just as normal. I pray the Lord protect and guide my children Isaac, Samuel and Anna. My nightly prayers of The Blood of Jesus over my family and friends have or will not change. I will visit you all the time. You know how often I visit loved ones at Brookside Cemetery. Now you won't be calling on the phone, and me hearing "Mom, Where Are You?" "Where you at?" You'll know I'm visiting you. People say when someone leaves this world they wouldn't want to come back. I truly don't believe that! I know for a fact you'd come back to hug me tightly and say, "Bye Mom I love you." ""And tell Dad, Isaac and Anna, "Quit tripping." "I know you were always closer to me, as I my Mom.
