LAWRENCE FIELD Obituary
Ocala - Lawrence R. 'Larry' Field left this life suddenly on August 11, 2015, with his family at his side. He was born on July 24th, 1931, in Rutland, Vermont and moved to Florida at an early age, living the past fifty years in Ocala.
His two younger brothers, Tommy and David Johnson, predeceased him. He is survived by the love of his life, Gerri, to whom he was married for 64 years. His three daughters, Robin Zock (Jimmy), Karen Barker (Chuck), and Biddie Ray (Mike) and one son, Keith Field (Jean) also survive him, along with eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Words cannot say what he meant to so many whose lives he touched. His heart and home were always open to anyone who needed a hand. He will be missed terribly by all of us and will forever live on in our hearts.
A funeral service will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church, 10500 NW Hwy 27, Ocala, FL 34482 on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 3pm. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 2pm until the time of service at 3pm. Burial will follow at Fellowship Cemetery.

I'm so sorry to hear of such a great man as Larry leaving us. He was always a kind and gentle man, that would do anything for anyone that I always respected and looked up too. Gerri, Robin, Karen, "Biddie" & Keith my prayers go out to each of you and there is nothing I can say to lesson your loos, other than he will alwasy be looking down on each of you in his kind & gently way forever. Love you all!
