Margaret Tavernaris Obituary
Margaret Tavernaris, 89, of Akron went home to be with the Lord August 1, 2014. Born in Akron, Ohio to the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Csahaly) Kristin on July 10, 1924. Margaret was a member of the Hungarian Club, a seamstress and worked for Action Shirt Apparel for 24 years.
Preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, Paul; and sister, Elizabeth Gish; she is survived by her daughters, Betty (Dave) Stetler and Christine (Doug) Allen; sons, Paul (Etta) and Joe (Georgia) Tavernaris. She will be missed by fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, August 4, 2014 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron where Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 5 with Rev. Bill Sterner officiating. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
