Paul Eugene Tavernaris III
"Pete" was born, June 6th, 1969, gained his wings in heaven April 1st, 2023, at just 53 years old. He passed suddenly by an artery blockage that led to a massive heart attack. He was greeted with arms wide open by his great grandparents "Thompson's" & "Tavernaris'" his brother-in-law Joedy Schutte, Uncle Chuck Thompson, and father, Paul "Greek" Tavernaris!
In this world he left his "Momma," Suzanna Johnston-Tavernaris; loving children, Angela (Caleb) Tavernaris and Justin (Harleigh) Tavernaris; grandchildren, Alexis, Dylan, Ashton and Harper!; his absolute best friends in the world Mikey Cool & Mathew Kowis; his sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins and many others he held dear to his heart!
Paul was a loving, honest hardworking man who loved the outdoors! He loved to hunt, fish and spend time with friends and family. There is nothing he loved more than his momma and being a dad and grandpa. He was the best son, dad and friend anyone could have asked for! He was full of life and had such an amazing outgoing free spirit!
Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2023, at the Schlup-Pucak & Wilson Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 16, 2023, at the Funeral Home with Pastor Shelia Johnston officiating. For those that wish, memorial contributions can be made to the Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
