Tonya Danforth Obituary
MUNROE FALLS -- Tonya D. Danforth (nee Craddock), 57, died at her residence July 10, 2006.
Loved and cherished by all who knew her, she faced her passing with the same dignity, style, and grace that she lived every day of her life. Tonya was born in Akron and had resided in Munroe Falls for 18 years. She was a 1967 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Craddock, and is survived by her beloved husband of almost 37 years, Chester; her loving children, Todd Danforth of Munroe Falls and Megan (Andrew) Hannan of Copley; mother, Patricia Gossard of Cuyahoga Falls; brothers, Dale (Kathy) Craddock, Keith (Cheryl) Craddock and Kurt (Terry) Craddock, all of Cuyahoga Falls; sister-in-law, Sandra Danforth; and several nieces and nephew.
Thank you to all the family and friends who lent their support in Tonya's final days, and especially Katie Griffin, R.N., of Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service.
"For he will command his angels concerning Tonya, to guard her in all her ways. They will lift her up in their arms, so she will not cast her foot upon a stone."
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, where a memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dr. Richard A. Hasler officiating. Final resting place, Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. The family requests that memorials may be made to your favorite charity.

I am very sorry for your loss. I am a cosmetic manager for Drug Mart, and Tonya was my Physicians Formula rep. I was always so happy to see her. Not only did she bring her vast knowledge of cosmetics, she brought CLASS. Tonya was one of the classiest ladies I knew. We will all miss her.

Dear Chet,
Linda Rice just contacted me in Arkansas about Tonya's passing. My last memory of Tonya was when my husband Bob and I were in Cuyahoga Falls a few years ago visiting family and we joined up with you, Tonya and Linda at Applebee's for dinner. We had such a great time; it was like being back in High School. Memories are important but God's love is greater. May the hand of God touch you and your family in the days ahead. Love in Christ,

For so many years Tonya was the light that always shinned in our Body Sculping class. I have missed her tremendously over the past two years and will contintue to miss her.
