Beuna Blankenchip Obituary

Funeral services for Mrs. Beuna F. Blankenchip, age 81, of Oklahoma City will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2004 in the Draper Park Christian Church, 8500 South Walker in Oklahoma City. Beuna was born October 10, 1922 in Byron, Arkansas the daughter of Jacob and Wilma (Ferguson) Ross. She passed away Saturday, July 3, 2004 at the Integris South West Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Beuna attended schools in Seminole, Oklahoma, graduating from Mt. View High School of Seminole in 1942. She was employed as a clerk for the FAA for 21 years before her retirement in 1987. Survivors include two sons; Arlise Robinson and his wife, Mary Ann of Corpus Christi, TX; Stephen Robinson and his wife, Connie of Owasso, OK; one daughter; Susan Simpson of Oklahoma City; three grandchildren; Tracie Nowlin and her husband, Joey, Daniel Robinson and Tory Simpson; two sisters; Coleto Young of Oklahoma City and Euna Fitsimones of California. Beuna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arlise L. Robinson in 1965; her husband, George Spencer Blankenchip in 1985; two brothers, Eugene Ross and Issac Ross and one sister, Audra Ross. Burial will conclude in Resthaven Memory Gardens under the direction of the Resthaven Funeral Home of Oklahoma City. RESTHAVEN FUNERAL HOME S.W. 104TH AT WALKER 691-1661
