DONALD FLEMING

Fleming, Sr. Oct 7, 1944 - Dec 9, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Donald Fleming, Sr., 68, of OKC, passed away 12-09-2012. He was born 10-07-1944 to Arthur and Frances Fleming. Donald was a graduate of Moore High School class of 1962. He worked at Tinker AFB as a jet engine mechanic and inspector for 44 years. Donald also enjoyed working in landscaping throughout his life. His greatest love was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and his niece, Jennifer. Donald is survived by two children, Kay Lynn Clark & her husband Marty, and Donald Fleming Jr.; two grandchildren, Ashley Clark and Tristan Fleming; brother, W.E. (Bill) Fleming & his wife Sue; niece, Jennifer Fleming Parker; soul mate, Gayle Melvin; and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and stepmother, Anna Belle Fleming. The family wishes to thank Dr. Hussien and the staff at Integris Southwest Medical Center Cancer Care Center. Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2012, at Draper Park Christian Church, 8500 S. Walker, OKC, OK. Interment will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, OKC, OK. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore, OK.
