Jason will truly be missed. He was a man of strong character and integrity and I believe God used him to touch many lives. I will miss his sense of humor and his gentle spirit. Your strength has been amazing and it is my prayer that God will continue to strengthen you daily and that your faith is not moved. Remember Jeremiah 29:11-14 and just know you are loved and we are praying for you.

To the Dedmon Family,

It was a privilege to know and work with Jason. I appreciated his pleasant personality and sense of humor. We were fortunate to spend some time with him during his last day of work at OG&E – He demonstrated a burning interest in learning about our electrical distribution system and the work performed by our crews. He will be missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this time.

DeeDee and Family,

We join you in your grief but also in your celebration of Jason's going home to our Heavenly Father. We enjoyed the stories that Jason would tell at almost every meeting about your family. He had the deepest love, respect and admiration for you as his wife and the mother of his children. We will continue to lift you in prayer. May the Holy Spirit comfort you until that day when we all shall join him.

DeeDee and Family

I was my great honor to work with Jason over the past several years and to call him a friend. He was a kind and gentle sole, truly was a gentle giant. His knowledge, abilities, wit and friendship will be greatly missed. From the way he talked about you and the kids it was apparent to everyone how much he loved and cared for each of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in the days to come.

Drewanna, DeeDee and Children:

We have been blessed with knowing and loving Jason, just for far too short a time. He was one of the kindest persons I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Jason was my cousin and every time I saw him he had something nice to say.

I know that the sorrow you carry today is greater than any you have ever known, but hold this in your heart. I know that Jason knew Jesus as his Lord and Saviour and I know where he is today.

We grieve for our loss, but hold onto the fact that today he soars with the eagles and walks the streets of pure gold. He is at peace.

No words can describe the loss we are all feeling, but know that God will comfort and provide for his children. Jason was such a kind man. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Remember, God's power is perfect in our weakness.

I am Jason's cousin, and we grew up very closely. I was around Jason probably as much or more than my other cousins (quite a bit), to include a trip to southern California including Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas in the summer of 1979 that I will never forget. I'm currently stationed in South Korea with the US Army and I am so saddened by our loss and so unbelievably sorrowful for my Aunt Drewanna, Dee Dee and his precious children. Please keep them in your prayers, as I will.
