John was part of our prayer time durng the summer of 2000. We came to know of him through Courtney Owens. His life and testimony extended to the MidWest as we prayed and then celebrated what God did for John that year.

Our prayers continue with your family. Celebrate the Abundant Life given by God alone.

Debby, Amy, and Jill;

I sat in stunned silence as I read this. Jayne and I have both been touched so much by John's loving spirit and gentle kindness. A bright smile was always on his face even though he was in pain or tired. We will never forget this smile and his willingness to help out no matter the cirsumstance.

We love you all and will be praying for you.

I knew John through my son, David Owens, and his family. I grieve with each of you and pray God's love and comfort for the many who will miss him. God bless each of you.
