James "Jim" Loring Little, 75
Goshen

James "Jim" Loring Little, age 75, of Goshen, Ky. passed away on April 15, 2025, following a brief illness.
Jim was born on Easter Sunday, April 17, 1949, in San Mateo, Calif. to the loving family of the late Joe and Mary Jane Scott Little. He and his two siblings had a wonderful childhood.

As a lifelong Rolling Stones fan he attended more than 15 of their concerts over the years.
Jim was a gentleman and a good neighbor, friend, husband and brother. He will be greatly missed by those who had the honor of knowing him.
He is preceded in death by his wife JoLane "Jodi" Young Little and his brother Scott Little of Colorado.
He is survived by his sister, Sarah "Sally" Little Horwath and her husband Gary "Mick" Horwath of Mount Pleasant, S.C.; his two beloved golden retrievers, Reagan and Riley and many, many friends.
The nurses, doctors and staff from the palliative care team at Baptist East Hospital and Hosparus provided Jim with excellent and compassionate care during his last days.
Jim was a huge animal lover and had many dogs during his life. Reagan and Riley were his constant companions.
Memorial donations may be made to GRRAND, the golden retriever rescue organization at www.GRRAND.org.

Our friendship goes back to 1967 and your passing leaves me with words that are hard for me to express. We had so much in common we formed an immediate bond. My greatest memories are the Derby"s we went to, the golf, the time trials in Indy. and the Sunday dinners at your folks. I miss you Jim!!

Dear ones. It´s my first month on planet earth in 76 years without my precious baby brother. He died quickly and without much pain from cancer of the kidneys. His friends Liz and Brian and Daffney and Kathy and a few good neighbors looked after him in the hospice unit of the hospital. I miss our 6:00 cocktail calls and daily updates. I´m a lucky girl to have had two great brothers. I wanted you all to know as you knew how close we were. All my love. Hope you all are good. Sarah/Sally [email protected]
