Frederick H. "Fred" Braun, 87, of Elkhorn, passed away August 17, 2025. Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Arlene Braun and brother, Tom Braun. Survived by wife, Karen of Elkhorn; children, Jeff and Sue of Roca, NE, Michael and Marie of Redondo Beach, CA, and Kristen and Rob McCarville of Omaha; grandchildren: Mitch, Natalie, Bernadette, Anthony, Jonathan, Michael, Jonny and Will; and nine great-grandchildren.
Celebration of life service 11 a.m. Saturday, August 23rd at Bethany Lutheran Church, Elkhorn. Private inurnment at Glenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family for later designation.
