Joe Ruth, USAF Ret. - Vietnam Vet

August 10, 1941 - May 21, 2025

Preceded in death by loving wife, Mary Ruth; grandson, Tobin Ruth; and son-in-law, Ernesto "Ernie" Buenrostro. Survived by children, Cathy "Lulu" Buenrostro, Joe "Joey" (Kerry) Ruth, and Manuel "Tony" (Kerri) Ruth; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Eli Ruth of Brownsville, Texas.

VISITATION Tuesday, May 27 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home. FUNERAL MASS Wednesday, May 28 at 10 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 23rd and O. BURIAL to occur at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park, with LUNCHEON to follow at Guadalupe Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to the Eastern Nebraska Veteran's Home.
