John David Burns, age 64, of Omaha, passed away on August 19, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, William and Mildred Burns; and sister, PJ Sharpe. Survived by wife, Helen Cohen Burns; daughter, Haley (Nathan Whittle) Burns; sisters, Kathy (Jim Nixa) Patchin, and Barb (Gary) Kastrick; brother, Bill (Carol) Burns; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, August 22, at 10am at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, with BURIAL to follow in Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed towards the family.
