September 8, 1926 - August 16, 2025
Born Scotts Bay Nova Scotia, Canada. Preceded in death by husband, Frank J. Cool; parents, Truman and Ruth (Els) Corkum; brothers, Ronald and Emerald "Corky" Corkum; and sister, Madeline Cain.
Survived by sons, Roderick J. (Donna) Heidelberg of Battle Ground Washington; and Daniel E. (Cynthia) Heidelberg of Omaha, NE; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 22, 2025 10 a.m. at John A. Gentleman's Pacific Chapel, 14151 Pacific St. Omaha, NE 68154, with a funeral service at 11 a.m., and burial to follow at Westlawn Hillcrest, 5701 Center Street, Omaha, NE. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Alzheimer's Foundation.

I was the hair dresser at maple crest, and i took care of her hair weekly, with styling every week. I always enjoyed her smiles, and her loving personality. She will be missed, but I will always keep her in my memories. Condolences to the family.
