Robert Suverkrubbe Obituary
Age 61
Blair, NE. Died Friday, October 11, 2013 at his home in rural Blair. Robert Alan Suverkrubbe was born March 31, 1952 to Russell and Phyllis (Andersen) Suverkrubbe and grew up with his two brothers and sister on the family farm south of Blair. Bob is survived by Candace and their three children and six grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Phyllis Suverkrubbe of Blair and his younger brother Steve Suverkrubbe of Omaha. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Suverkrubbe; sister, Susan; and brother; Bruce. Bob's family will miss his knowledge and wit, and the constant love and support shown to his grandchildren.
SERVICES will be held 10am Wednesday, October 16, at First Lutheran Church in Blair. Interment will be in the German Cemetery. VISITATION begins at 3pm Tuesday, October 15 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair with family receiving friends from 6 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Bob Suverkrubbe Memorial Fund at Two Rivers Bank to help fulfill an expressed wish of Bob's; to install lighting to illuminate the American Flag at Blair High School's Krantz Field. I want to express my sympathy to Bob's entire family. I went to Blair High School with younger brother Steve but knew Bob as well. I remember a smile on Bob's face all the time. Just take it one day at a time.

Bob will be missed as he did all of our work at the house, with electricty, plumbing, and just now with the shower installed in the bathroom before I came home with the rehab. Love you Bob!!! Pearl

Having grown up with Jessica and Nate, I saw Bob a bit during the 80s and 90s. I remember him always laughing and smiling. My condolences to your family.
