Virginia Carpenter was born in Omaha on September 1, 1928 to parents Emil and Anna Hult.
She is survived by children, Bruce (Anne Marie), Sherry Magner, Kay (Butch) Menard, and Kim (Bill) Zersen; sister, Laurena McDonnell; brothers, Charles Hult, and Robert Hult; 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Virginia loved family, first growing up in large family and passing those values to her children, grandchildren, and others.
Private family interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Lauritzen Gardens in Omaha, NE.

I will always remember your mom when we were in high school. Lake days meant she was always in the boat encouraging us to "get up" skiing. Such fond memories!
She was a real cheerleader, never
wanting us to give up. She continued to try to stay up and never give up through the rest of her life.
