I don't know if you remember me or not but I grew to love Jake a lot last year before I moved. I deeply regret not staying in touch now. I'm so sorry for your loss. He was truly an amazing young man and a great friend to me.

I am not sure if I have ever met you but I remember your son from when you lived by the Sardarian's. I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my son Jonathon last year. He also was in his junior year at Northwood at the time of his passing. I know how what you are feeling and I am so sorry for the pain you are going through. Dear Gludice family,
My deepest sympathies to you. I really can say I know how you feel.
My 23-year old son died by suicide in October of 1974. In September of 1978 my youngest son who was 22 years old died by suicide. Your child's passing may be a different reason, but I do know the heartache when you lose a child so young. It has been a number of years since they left me, but the hole in my heart is always present. I feel so blessed to have the memories of them and would choose to have had them and the pain than not to have had their love.
I have many things that I have read that have comforted me. One poem that I have expresses how I feel.

well maybe that is true
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.

a million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you

I dont know Jake or his family. But I know the pain you are feeling. my niece died at 21 two months ago. I wish my condolences to the family . you are in my prayers and i pray for God's comfort for you. It is always harder to lose a loved one at a young age.
