Condolences. I remember "Mrs. Hamlin" as my first grade teacher the first year Eustis Heights opened in 1954 - 1955. She taught my brother in first grade when she was "Miss Pike."

Dearest Anne,
You and Pete are together again...
On "April 6th" I unpacked a box of pictures...A picture of the house, where I lived and shared so much happiness and love with you and Pete was there...I have never been back to the park or the street since the day I left and had no way of knowing where you were.

Tonight, April 8th, I typed YOUR name into Google...the Obituary dated "April 8th," appeared...It said you passed on April 6th,...the same day I held the picture of the house, in my hands and set it 'lovingly' on my nightstand, here in Maryland, where I now live.

I have always believed that when our Spirits leave our bodies behind, that they continue to live in the consciences and hearts of those who truly loved them...

Thank you, my dearest friend, for "speaking" to me...the last time I googled your name and tried to find you was in 2010....Now, I know where you are ... my heart is finally at peace...God holds you and Pete, safely in the palm of his hand, and I am blessed to have known and loved you both...
You are
forever in my heart,
Charlie
