To Mrs. Weaver, Dr. Danny Weaver and Family, Dr. Jack Weaver was a great Doctor and a great person. He will be missed by many. Our Hearts and Prayers go out to you on your loss.
Memories although precious and sweet, at this time can bring pain.
Mourning hearts will ache, grieving tears will fall like rain.

Dr. Weaver was the best Doctor we will ever Know. He saved my children and husband and myself from many accidents and sickness.He always had a smile for you and treated you like you were his only patient. HE will be greatly missed but always remembered by our family. Sincerely Connie and Bob Weir
