Jack Weaver Obituary

WEAVER, DR. JACK T., 70, of Altamonte Springs, passed away August 21, 2004. He was born on December 31, 1933 in Berrien County, GA. Dr. Weaver was a Family Physician and Podiatrist for 23 years before he retired. Dr. Weaver was Past President and Chairman of the Board of University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Florida Osteopathic Association and the Governing Boards of Universities. Dr. Weaver is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Mary R. Weaver; his son, Dr. Danny Weaver and his wife, Dr. Debra S. Albers; his grandchildren, Christian Daniel Weaver and Travis Michael Weaver, all of Altamonte Springs, FL; and by his sister, Beverly Wheeler of Gainesville, FL. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11AM-12PM. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 12PM in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, "Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, 1750 Independence Ave., Kansas City, MO 64106 in memory of Dr. Weaver. To Mrs. Weaver, Dr. Danny Weaver and Family, Dr. Jack Weaver was a great Doctor and a great person. He will be missed by many. Our Hearts and Prayers go out to you on your loss.

Dr. Weaver was the best Doctor we will ever Know. He saved my children and husband and myself from many accidents and sickness.He always had a smile for you and treated you like you were his only patient. HE will be greatly missed but always remembered by our family. Sincerely Connie and Bob Weir
