Kimmie Was my roommate a Crossroads. She was absolutely fantastic. I loved her to death, perfect roomie. Though I was 6 years older than her we connected immediately and kept in touch for awhile after our departures from Antigua. I always wanted to visit her, when my husband and I had the chance to move to Orlando for a job, I immediately tried to contact my friend. I sadly learned of her tragic demise. I remember Kimmy from middle school and high school years. She had a bubbly personality and I loved hearing her talk about her dancing and working with her on school projects as assigned. She will always be remembered for the light she brought to the world.

So sorry to hear this news today. We (along with our daughter, Ruth Ann) were friends of Karen & Bubba and the three girls while attending Killarney Baptist in the 70's. This brings such sorrow to our hearts. Please know that we are praying for the family.

Kimmy although I cannot be there for you today in person at your funeral I am there with you and your family/friends in spirit to remember your life and vivacious fun loving spirit and laughter. You will always hold a very special and dear place in my heart and I will cherish the countless memories we made together as friends over the years. I will miss the beach condo, times over your place enjoying the pool and glasses of wine together. I miss you and poor Harry man (your sweet cat) more than words can say. I will keep the memory of you full of life in my heart and soul forever. May god hold you in his arms and may you rest in peace my sweet friend.

My love and deepest condolences go out to the three of you, and your families.
During my ten years as the manager of the "Miss J" shop in the Winter Park Jacobsons, I watched Kelly, Robin and Kimberly grow up. Although I left Jacobsons almost twenty four years ago, I still remember Kimberly as vividly as if it were yesterday.The four of you were a constant and welcome presence, as you popped in and out of Jacs. You were far more than loyal customers, becoming part of our extended Jacobsons family, as we all considered you to be.
Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers, and that Kimberly will never be forgotten.

Dear Karen, Kelly and Robin, I remember seeing Kimmy perform in the Nutcracker along with my children,Samantha and Andy who Kelly babysat for. It was around 1986. She was delightful and the kids were elated that there was someone on stage that they knew. Your family was very dear to us in our 8 years in Orlando and I am so sorry that Kimmy is gone and that you three are having to once again grieve in this way. I loved Kim from the first time I met her in Miss Trulock's 1st grade class at Lake Silver. I am so thankful for her and for all the precious memories of being in her home and growing up with her and going on walks together in our adult years. She was the kindest, most hilarious person.
