Teresa Liang Obituary

Teresa J. Liang, age 65, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 29th, 2018 at the Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She was born on March 18th, 1953 to Herman Thornburg and Donna Sutton, in Orlando Florida. In 1979, she received her Nursing degree from Valencia College, and then worked for ORMC and Florida Hospital for over 20 years; but the love of her life was children, and her favorite job was working as a pediatric nurse. After nursing she also became a foster mother to David Meekma who, along with his adoptive family, became an addition to her own family. She is survived by her one and only beloved son, Sean Liang and her Soul-Sister, Nadine French. Family, friends, and even acquaintances will remember her as a true source of love and light that even a stranger could recognize, as she was known to befriend any and everyone she met. Funeral services and internment will be held at 4pm on Thursday, September 13th, 2018 at Woodlawn Cemetery.
