Wendell was in the 117th Assault Helicopter Company in Vietnam Nov 1966-Nov1967. He was also a Life Member of the 117th AHC Association. It was an honor to know Wendell and to be able to call him a friend and brother. I always enjoyed being with him at our reunions and camp outs. Wendell was a great American. You will be missed many.
