I met Bill for the first time four years ago on the tennis courts and I immediately knew that he was someone I wanted to be around. His smile and infectous personality impacted everyone he associated with. Every time I think about him it puts a smile on my face. God bless you, Bill and thanks for all the good times on the courts. My sincere condolences to both Pam and Kristin.

Bill had an infectious personality and a laugh that never stopped. He was always positive and brought a good time where ever he went. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and I will miss you dearly.

Over the last 20 years Bill has been a ray of sunshine in my life. Over that time we played tennis together (he had the best hands I have ever seen), laughed together (a lot), talked about our families (he was so proud of Kristin!) and tried to solve the world's problems. Bill had a great sense of humor, a great laugh, and most of all a huge heart. I will always love you and miss you my friend. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I am certain you are in a better place.

I will miss watching the sunrise with Billy at New Smyrna Beach, but he will always be with me in thought with each one I watch. He was a good friend. Thinking of you Pam & Kristin.

I wasn't widely popular at school but Bill chose me for his room mate. That made me feel good back then; and it makes me feel good now.
Nobody didn't like Bill, and Bill pretty much liked everyone.
That seems to be the makings of a good life.
Can't wait to catch up with Bill on that big back nine in the sky.

Rish and my husband, Bill Dawkins, were roommates and frat brothers at FSU. They had a great time together living under Nick's Toggery and I've known Rish since Maitland Jr. High days. Pam,remember when we four went camping in Helen, GA? We will miss Rish tremendously. He was such a fun guy.
