My last years at Dow Phil was a friend and supervisor. I will miss him. He was a great human being.

My first clerical job at Dow was working for Phil Rathburn. I was a very shy, young & extremely nervous Midland High School graduate. Thankfully, Phil's gracious, easy-going & fun personality enabled me to relax, survive & continue working for another 35 years at Dow. My deepest sympathy to Susan, his family & friends having to endure the loss of a good man.
