My thoughts today about Bhetty are of a loving and caring woman with a zest for life. I was privileged to know her as a creative and positive force in the community in particular with children. Our work together with her Quest Theatre are wonderful memories. Her laugh and smile are things I will never forget. God's blessing to the Waldron family. Her memory is with us all.

Dear Bhetty Bhetty,
You always made me smile! I loved working on art projects with you!
I painted the floor of the Quest Theatre for you, because it needed to be special! When you needed a forest for a play at the Cuillo, I had my kids at the Armory Art Center make dozens of umbrellas with leaves for you to swirl!I was always happy to do anything you asked no matter how bizarre. All I can ask now is for God to Bless you and take care of you, I will miss you and see you in heaven,

RHS Legend!!
Shed no tears!!
Smiles!! Smiles!! Smiles!!
Remember her sazzy strut!!
Remember her wit!!
Remember her brilliance!!
It's not often one is blessed with so much talent!!
My Mom remembers her hugs & smiles whenever she saw her!!
Gosh!! It's so sweet she never forgot her roots!!
She came back to spread her charm and spirit among the flowers at Palmview/UB Kinsey!!
May the joy she brought to so may be the strength that the family can cling to during their time of sorrow!!

I was very sad to hear of the passing of Bhetty Waldron. As a writer, actor, and teacher she excelled and will continue to enrich the lives of the may with whom she came in contanct. Her public was enriched by her life and the continuation of those areas to which she gave so much of herself will be her true legacy. My she rest in peace.

There are some people who, once you meet them in life and experience their love and giving energy, they make such an impression of positive excellence, that you simply would never, and could never forget them, ever in your lifetime. Bhetty Waldron was without a doubt, one of those people. From Toastmaster's at a National level all the way to her one woman show in theaters, she touched my life greatly and gave me a legacy of excellence to follow. I love you Bhetty....and know we will meet again in the world of Spirit.

Mae Frances, I was saddened to learn of Bhetty's demise. She was such a talented and delightful lady (soror). She was loved by so many and will be sorely missed. I can well remember the first time that I met you and Bhetty. Your mother and father were in charge of the summer program at Osborne Elementary School in Lake Osborne (Lake Worth). Even though the two of you were younger than most of the kids in the program, we all looked up to you both because you were so talented. I can still recall the dance routines that the two of you taught us during that summer. I enjoyed Bhetty's performances and will always remember the last one that I saw her perform in. She impacted the lives of many individuals in this world and I am sure that she will be performing with the angels in heaven. You and your family have my deepest sympathy. We are blessed that we had Bhetty in our lives. May God bless you and your family.

Dear, Dear Bhetty when I heard you had left this earthly existence to meet the many who have passed before, I was sad for all the souls left on earth and rejoice in the fact that you are in a wonderous place filled with so many people who have touched lives just as you have. I hope you get the chance to cross paths with my mother for she too was an artist of the highest caliber. I will miss you here on earth and will look forward to our reunion one day. Until then, I know you will be singing and dancing with the angels. Thanks for all the wonderful memories you have given us. Your friend in life and beyond.

Bhetty was both a friend and a mentor to me. If I wanted the truth I could go to Bhetty because she could be brutally honest and compassionate and empathetic all at the same time.
She was the consummate professional. She worked hard at her craft and always delivered her best. But more important than that, she was a passionate, caring, loving, and giving human being.
The last time I saw Bhetty was at a meeting of our small mastermind group. She was helping me to craft a speech around one of my poems.
Neither of us knew that the next poem I wrote would be for her.

I look around, but I can’t see
where you have gone, where you might be.
But, I know you still live in me,
a piece of my life’s memory,
Bhetty with an “h”
Not afraid to say “You’re wrong!”
You were proud and you were strong.
You worked hard and you worked long.
You earned the right to sing your song.
Bhetty with an “h”
A model we might emulate,
Never famous. Always great.
If love were food, you filled our plate.
That’s why we’ll always celebrate
you,
Bhetty with an “h”

Dear Bhetty: You were one of a kind. I had the pleasure of casting you in many TV shows, movies and commercials. Always a consummate professional and a good friend, I was always proud to have you audition whenever you could break away from your busy teaching and theater schedule. You will be sorely missed. I am really happy that I had the opportunity to work and play with you over the past 20 years. Keep laughing, wherever you are. My condolences to Avery.
Love,
Lori

Bhetty was a talent and a light in so many lives. She was extraordinarily gifted in her craft of acting and her love of children and all humanity was evident in everything she did. She will be deeply missed. However, I know her legacy will live on forever.

To me, she was Bhetty Waldron, the writer, who also happened to be an acclaimed actress. In our writers' group, she kept her dreams of beoming a published writer alive. Wise, compassionate, her spirit found expression through a unique voice whose sound leapt off the page.

It is sad news to hear that Bhetty Waldron passed away. She was a wonderful teacher to my son, Noah, at UB Kinsey Palmview Elementary school. Her passing is a great loss to our community.

Bhetty blessed us with her presence at the first School of the Spirit residency. If only her message at Plymouth Meeting on Sunday could have been recorded! We can all learn so much from it - that we must leave the hand we are holding to hold the next to continue the dance of life. We love you, Betty.

To know Bhetty was to love Bhetty. But greater than that, to know her was to have her love you. When she entered a room and smiled, the whole building lit up. When she laughed, she filled those all around her with joy. Oh how lucky heaven is to receive such a gift. How terribly sad it is for us to have physically lost this great precious woman who never got tired of giving to all of us. When Bhetty retired from U.B. Kinsey, she decided to throw a retirement party for herself and because her kids at Kinsey needed so much, she made her party a fund raiser with all the proceeds going to her kids at school. It was a slamming success. It was a great priviledge to know and work with Bhetty. She was truly an inspiration to me and one of the very few women I think of in the terms of greatness. What I write about Bhetty now, I said to her directly on several occasions, and to others as well about her. Your light will aways shine on us dear lady and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Dear Mae and Avery, my sister Gaye and I send our love and condolences to you and the rest of the family. God Bless

What a treasure is this wonderful soul! Bhetty had the gifts of love, energy and life which she shared abundantly with all who crossed her path. This talented and loving lady was a gift to us all. Her spirit always has and continues to transcend race, gender, economics, and spiritual beliefs. She helps to connect us. We are all her family. I was always amazed at how youthful she appeared. I'm thinking love was her miracle anti-aging secret! God bless you, Bhetty.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Ms. Waldron brillance when I as a shy little girl at Qwest Threatre. She worked with parents and the community to bring out the best in all of us. My family continued to be blessed with her greatest while she taught my daughter, Alexis at U. B. Kinsey Elementary School of the Arts. Ms. Waldron imparted the importance of presence to Alexis; explaining that her presence can speak a thousand times louder than her voice. We can thank God for allowing us to share in his wonderful creation. She will truly be missed by my family, the UBK family, the community and the nation.

Ms. Waldron was always a down-to-earth person. Everytime I saw her, she always had that beautful smile. I guess God had a role that needed only her acting abilities to fill. I pray that God gives the family comfort and peace of mind in knowing that Bhetty has no more pain, for she is at home with the Lord. God Bless.

Bhetty has been a beloved friend for several years, first in theatre, then in Toastmasters. She was more fun than most rooms full of people, hooting and yelling with laughter when something struck her funny bone. She was on a mission to improve herself (and most of us) in every way: Spiritually, Intellectually, and Physically; yet, she didn't hesitate to admit that she'd fall short sometimes. She taught me that you don't have to perfect yourself before you can accomplish great things. However, what I loved most about her was that she seemed to take Dr. King's words to heart, and judged people, "not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character". She had friends from every walk of life who cherished and will miss her. I AM proud and blessed to be her friend, and look forward to seeing her and laughing with her again.

I am so saddened to hear the news about Bhetty's death. She was a wonderful teacher and I had the pleasure of meeting her last year when my daughter was applying to the Bak Middle School of the Arts. She tutored Gabrielle for several weeks and helped her develop her monologue. Bhetty was responsible for Gabrielle's successful admission into the school. We have thought of her many times since then and admired her energy, abilities and her work. She has touched both of our lives. I was lucky enough to see her last year at an appearance at the North Palm Beach County Library where she performed parts of her one woman play, Loquacious & Bodacious.I came in a few minutes late and at that point it was unclear whether she was in character or just being herself. The natural quality of her work was her gift. She once explained to my daughter that the actor's gift is to make you think that the words you are saying just came into your head that moment as you are saying them. Her performance that day exuded such joyfulness and love of life that it literally gave me goosebumps. She will always be remembered and missed for the profound affect she had on our lives.
