Mr. Henley was a joy to know, an honor to work for, and a great example to learn from. He was a stickler for details, the master of procedures and the marshall of management. He became an advisor to many by sharing his knowledge and expertise, and as a friend he gave his time and support.
Mr. Henley will always have a place in my heart. I will miss him, very much.

Dear "Col."
You were a true gentlemen, and a fine family man. We enjoyed many good and tough times sellin and slingin "tars" @ 1118 N. Dixie, better known to one and all as "General Tire". I know you are now home and will say a prayer for those you left behind. At ease Colonel Henley.
Your old buddy

Frank Henley will be missed by all who came in contact with him. We had many discussions at Henly Enterprises that I enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks for all your great ideas for my business and for helping Scotty "Stay on Course".
You will be deeply missed by many

I knew Frank when we both worked at General Tire on Dixie Hwy. We worked together for 4 years. I will always remember many wise sayings that Frank had. We had many animated discussions while we wore working on the monthly tire inventory. He was a logical, methodical person who taught me, a girl of 18, a lot about patience and perseverence.
I know your family will have a void and I offer my heartfelt sympathy.
