We're really going to miss our neighbor Joey. He was always so friendly and pleasant. His dad often spoke of about how useful and talented he was around the house.

My favorite memory of Joe happened during the first round of golf we played together. He putted the whole round using only his right hand. He made everything that day and finished shooting a 67. I asked him after the round if he could teach me how to putt that way and he said, sure. " First you have to develope a spastic left hand".

He always had a great sense of humor, and smile on his face.He enriched my life and I will miss him.
