To the dear family and friends of Ann: It is with a very heavy heart that I send you condolences on Ann's passing. She was my friend since Chemical Bank days and was the most gracious, positive and thoughtful people I have ever known. A consummate professional at work and an absolute "class act" in everything that she did.
I know how much she adored her family. She spoke so often of all of you and took great joy in being with you and in following your lives, accomplishments and growing families. Losing her must be so difficult for you.
God bless Ann and all of you.
