To the Meisel Family, Jimmy & Vicki -
Very sad to just learn of Mel's passing. We worked together for almost 10 years and it was a wonderful relationship. He was a true gentleman,
a hard worker, loved his family, always on the move. I once told him he could brush his teeth, comb is hair and shave all at the same time. We had the finest company to work for - Jonathan Logan, Butte Knit, Misty Harbor and he always helped me with business ideas and was a superb salesman. Our arms are wrapped around you and your family and am sorry I didn't know of this earlier. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him, he was a wonderful teacher and friend.

Jimmy and Vicki,
It’s been so long but I have such clear memories of you both and your Dad. I was talking to my Dad yesterday and he told me last week was a rough week as a dear friend died. I said who? He said Mel Meisel. My heart sank. He told me what happened. I immediately looked up and found this obituary. It’s so heartwarming I’ve read it three times.
I remember your house in KC and coming to visit all the time. My memories of your Dad are his bigger than life presence. Always a huge smile, handsome, a big hugger, and just full of life. And I have a memory of him always tan and looking so healthy!
I just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear this news, I’m thinking about you both, and I’m grateful you shared what your Dad was all about and what made him so happy. What a great man.
Best Regards....Keith

Dear Jimmy and Vicki, We met in Kansas City with your mother and our children by the Wading Pool at Oakwood Country Club. Than we retired to Boca Raton. Alan met up with your father on the Tennis Courts here. Alan cam home and said, "This must be the right place to be because Mel Meisel lives here and he is a 'Class Act'." We are sorry for your loss and may you enjoy your good memories to sustain your family at this sad time. Alan and Vicki Bronfman
