Remembering you Robb, as I watch the Indy 500 and thinking about racing our go karts on L.I. in the 60´s. Rest in peace cousin.

Carol and I really enjoyed our times with Bob and Carol Muchel. Being close friends on Long Island and Florida we had a special bond. God bless the both of them and will see them on the other side.

Robbie was my cousin. I wish we were closer in the last years of his life. I will always remember racing our go karts, his Dad my uncle Bob with Robbie at our grandparents house when we were kids, having a beer with Rob at the local pub in Huntington a couple of nights a week, and most of all disco dancing in the clubs on Long Island with his girlfriend Carol and my wife Ann. Great times remembered. I last saw Bob in 2011 before my own daughter Kim passed away. I hope I got him started fixing up his house. I did learn at that time that he was afraid of snakes as we ran across one while landscaping his front yard. I hope your laughing right now as we both did then. I know you are with your beloved wife Carol. Please say hi to Kim for Ann and me. Love you buddy. Rest In Peace.

Uncle Rob was my hero. He fought the good fight against pancreatic cancer and never gave up. He tried every treatment possible (called himself a lab rat) so that maybe a cure could be found and could help another cancer patient. He called me his rock but really I was more like a pebble. His great sense of humor and positivism throughout his illness were so extraordinary. I will always remember his great love for my aunt and his longing to go to heaven to be with her. I know he got his wish.
