Christopher Kohutek Obituary
Infant Christopher Heath Kohutek passed away on December 28, 2012. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Teri Rae Gilpin. He is survived by his parents, Ashton Brett Kohutek and Kayla Rae Gilpin; sister, Tessi Rae Kohutek; paternal grandparents, Brandon Heath Kohutek and Holly Shawnte` Kohutek; maternal grandfather, David Christopher Gilpin; uncle, Chandler Dylan Kohutek; and aunt, Sierra Christine Gilpin.
The family will receive friends for visitation at Grand View Funeral Home on Monday, January 7, 2013 from 9:00-9:45 am, with graveside services to begin at 10:00 am in Grand View Memorial Park. Please visit www.grandviewfunerals.com to share words of comfort with the family.

My heart breaks for you Kayla & Brett, as well as my darling Holly & Heath. Little Christopher Heath is a blessing from God that God himself saw he needed help from the littlest angel, Christopher. I love all of you, prayers to you all.
