Claude John Lowry, 66 passed away on September 21, 2011. He was born on August 18, 1945 in Houston to the late Walter D. Lowry and Dorothy V. Lowry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his big brother Dennis W. Lowry. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Rosie Lowry and their daughter Michelle Ubias and her husband Mark and granddaughter Taylor Nicole Ubias; Nephew Walter Lowry and his wife Gina and numerous other loving relatives.
Mr. Lowry was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and worked for over 27 years in the Oil and Gas industry. In his spare time he loved to watch football, especially the Houston Texans.
Special thanks to Dr. Louis Hamer and staff. They gave him many years of service and developed a friendship that lasted forever for Claude. Visitation and Services were held at Niday Fairmont Funeral Home.

I'm so sad to find this. He was my first boyfriend. He was stationed in Hawaii and brought me back many gifts. My mother was good friends with Dot. Rosie and I both had baby girls close together and my husband and I visited her in the hospital. My sincere condolences to the family
