I never had a brother but if I could have chosen someone for my brother I would have chosen Ernest. He was my oldest and closest friend. I am thankful his pain and suffering is over forever. Jim Wheeler

Suzanne and Mrs. Walley, I spoke to Mom today after Mr. Walley's service and let her know how beautiful and loving it was. She sends you both her love. May God be with each of you and to know Mr. Walley was a true blessing. To think of the many years that he was a part of my life. Blessings will flow across the earth because of him and his works here on earth. Geary Yates- Houston, Texas

He was such a loving and kind man. Him and Uncle Ernest Thompson who also passed away recently would tell my daughter Heather that she had sugar mills behind her ears. Uncle Ernest's will both be missed dearly. RIP!

Uncle Ernest was always such a kind man. He loved all his nieces and nephews. Once he sent me back to Fort Worth with 2 or 3 jars of honey for my Daddy. I was flying that trip. The security was not near as strict then as it is now, but they still questioned my carry on after running it through the xray. They asked to open the bag, and were pleasantly surprised to find just jars of honey. The jars made it safely to Ed after that. While I was in college, I went to a convention in Houston and stayed with Uncle Ernest. He drove me to and from my convention for several days. Aunt Dorothy was such a good hostess at that time too. I appreciated their hospitality. I miss Uncle Ernest but I look forward to seeing him again in heaven.
