I am very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a very caring person. Every time I drive down Allendale and see the oak trees down the middle of the road; I think of Joe. He was instrumental in getting these trees planted.

Aunt Barbie, I'm so sorry to hear about Uncle Joe Dean. I always admired him, and I will always remember the fun times I had when you all would visit us in Del Rio. We had wonderful watermelon and home-made ice cream parties. We played and laughed and told stories until it was dark outside. Uncle Joe Dean was the perfect example of a gentle, loving man, and I am proud to be part of his family. My prayers are with you, Missy, and Shelly. I know God will give you His peace, understanding, and comfort during this time. Please let me know if I can do anything at all for you.
