John Taylor Obituary

John L. Taylor, 71 year old resident of Deer Park, Texas, died July 11, 2013 at his home surrounded by family and friends. John was a retired supervisor machinist for OMSCO of Houston, and Master Mason Lodge 1176 F&AM. A native of Olla, Louisiana, he was born May 19, 1942 in Crowville, Louisiana to the union of Myrtis Peppers and Walter Cleve "Dub"Taylor. John was preceded in death by his parents, brother Travis Taylor and sister Mary Lou Coates. John is survived by his wife of 50 years Louise Madelle Harris Taylor; three daughters, Jenni Lynn Fuller and husband Noel of Pasadena, Texas, Shelia Louise Wist of Pasadena, Texas, Lisa Diane Comsia and husband Skip of Houston, Texas. Other survivors include grandchildren Christopher Russell and wife Remii, Heather Fuller, Jonathen Lopez, Sarah Lopez, and Hannah Fuller; great grandchildren Gavin "G-Man" Russell, Ariana Jimenez. John is also survived by siblings Dois Cook and husband Walter, James Taylor and wife Nancy, Ronny Taylor and wife Elizabeth and Ricky L. Taylor and wife Ruth Ann. Special friends who survive him are Cindy and Rex Powell. Private memorial service will be held at a later date.
