Loyd Jack Obituary

Loyd Jack, 88, passed away on October 18, 2012 in Pasadena, Texas. He was born on February 18, 1924 in Mineola, Texas to Irion and Mary Jack. He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Maxine Jack; son, David Jack and wife Linda; 2 grandchildren, Jamie Parham and husband Robby and Matthew Jack; 2 great-grandchild, Emery Parham and Wyatt Parham; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Loyd was in the United States Navy and was part of the Masonic Lodge. He retired from Diamond Shamrock where he worked for 25 years. He will be dearly missed. Family will receive friends on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October23, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home with Interment to follow in Grand View Memorial Park. Brother Jack was a devoted Past Master of Deer Park Lodge. He was very wise and an inspiration to all. Our community will dearly miss him.

I remember Mr. Jack. He was a very sweet man. My dad, George Lynch was a friend of his through the Masonic Lodge. I know Dad really admired him.
