Deer Park Police Lieutenant Marlon `Bryan' Magee, 56, passed away early the morning of June 23, 2016 following a long battle with a serious lung disease. Bryan had a 22 year career with the police department. He is survived by his loving wife, Bobbie Welch Magee, also a retired City of Deer Park employee; Mother, Frances Taylor Magee; Sons, Kyle Bryan wife Tatiana, Matthew Thomas wife Mandy, Carson Daniel; Sister, Sandra Magee Womack; Nephew, Nathan Magee Womack wife Cristina; Niece, Ashley Womack; and Great-Niece, Bailey Womack among his supportive in-laws, the Welch family; Alice, Millie, Ernie, and Mother-in-Law, Barbara Welch.
Services for Lt. Magee, will be held on Thursday, June 30 th at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of First Baptist Church Pasadena; where Bryan was a life-long member. There will be a visitation with the family in the Chapel at 1:00 pm preceding the services. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery. Dr. Jon Redmond officiating. The family invites you to his celebration of life.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Houston Methodist JC Walter, Jr Transplant Center, 6445 Main Street, Houston, Texas.
