Nicholas "Nick" Romero Ramirez, Jr., 69, loving devoted husband passed away September 9, 2014.
He is survived by his loving wife Brenda Patrice Ramirez; by his step-son, Michael Ray Adkins and wife Kimberly; by his step- daughter, Patrice Matthieu and husband Shannon; by his grandsons, Gage Matthieu, Cameren Adkins, and Adrian Adkins; granddaughters, Haley Adkins, and Tayelor Adkins; by his siblings, Alex Ramirez and wife Alvinia,Dora Godino and husband Norciso, David Ramirez and wife Janie, Minnie Shephard and husband Charles, Margaret Tatum, Ray Ramirez, Edward Ramirez and wife Kathy, Timothy Ramirez, and many nephews, nieces, family and friends.
Nick was committed and devoted to many groups and organizations around the Pasadena Area such as: Blue Skyes over Autism, Citizens Police Association in Pasadena, Area 5 Democrats, Pasadena Volunteers, Union Teamsters 988. After 35 years of service he retired from Nabisco Foods in 2007.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m., until the funeral service time of 11:00 a.m., on Monday, September 15, 2014, at Rosewood Funeral Home Chapel, 3939 Pasadena Blvd., Pasadena, Texas 77503. Entombment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Houston, Texas.

So very sorry to hear about Nick's passing. I enjoying talking with him while waiting for Cathy to finish dialysis. I could tell he was in pain, but he had a very positive attitude about his situation. He is now at peace with a complete body.
