Canutesonesque: The intense pursuit of the fullest life experience possible; the idea that there is no such thing as half-way; the incessant need to stir the pot, provoke, and push limits in order to understand what makes things tick; the absence of cerebral stagnation; the refusal to accept 'no' and 'can't'; the inability to be satisfied with the status quo; the passion to meet every challenge full-tilt; the enthusiasm that demands to be shared; the ability to create the spark of innovation that ignites and inspires others. I cannot mourn Eric without celebrating his life. He lived his life on his own terms. He was an original. Farewell.

Sorry about Eric's passing - I've known him since you all came to Liberty in 1975 when he was in second grade in Mrs. Sadler's class at Manor Hill. We weren't always close friends, but I did like him though, and he always did seem interested in life and how it worked. Much love to you John & Laura, and I'm sorry about you losing your younger brother Greg - he really thought a lot about you being Liberty's mayor, and I think he was proud of what you accomplished! Love to you and your family!

I cannot imagine what your family is going through, but please know that myself and the rest of the Taylor family love you all very much and will be here for you and to always honor the memory of your incredible son.
