Always smiling and loved her family deeply.

We remember the fun times we had with Geo and
Jetta on New Years - watched the kids grow up and worried about Geo Jr asthma attacks. We appreciate and remember how kind the kids were to Jennifer our daugthter and how they entertained her when we visited. Our memories of that time in our lives are happy and gratefull for all the good times we had together. We remember one time at a carnival Jetta took Jennie on a spin around up and down adult ride and they came off laughing, Jennie was only 4 years old and after that she only wanted to go on the big rides, none of that kid stuff for her.
We are so sorry for your loss, but just wanted to tell you how your parents were remembered

To Ken, George & Family

When you lose a mother
There's an emptiness within,
All happiness ends
And the sorrow begins.

When you lose a mother
The pain won't let you get over
The loss and agony.

Though so hard to accept,
Why life has to be that way.

Now that Jetta has moved on
My heart goes out to you,
Because I've lost my mother
I know what you're going through.

I feel privileged to have known Jetta & will say a prayer for her & your family

Best regards,

Stephen D. Lewis

Dear Mom - You would have loved your funeral. I think it turned out just as you had planned with lots of family & friends to celebrate your life. Stefanie did an amazing job of putting together a tribute video. Her eulogy was a tear-jerker. She has your strength & beauty and I am so proud to have both of you in my life.

Bon Voyage to your summer 2010 trip to MO

From talking to your Mom, Lisa, I know that she thought the world of you and your family. What a nice, caring, easygoing mom. I'm sure that you kids must be proud of the life she lead and the values she passed down to you, and I know you appreciate all the time that Jetta chose to spend with you. I'm sorry to hear about her passing. Your mom was a great person.

As a childhood friend of Lisa's, I met Jetta when I was around 10. I remember thinking, "Wow, Lisa's mom is so pretty—she should be in the movies!" But she had more important things to do—like raising a wonderful daughter whose friendship I value. Although Jetta's no longer with us, her legacy as a loving mother and grandmother lives on. May her memory burn bright.

Aunt Jetta I will often think of you and all the times we shared over our life time. I will always cherish our time together this past summer and smile when I remember our Casino time together. Mother's time with you and your family was one of her happiest times in her life and I will always remember her deep love and phone calls she told me about you. I will always remember your smile and the love you had for everyone. Your laugh was unforgetable! Rest in Peace!

Auntie J. I will miss you dearly. I have always looked up to you, even though I did not get to see you often. I loved the stories you would tell about growing up with my dad, you’re crazy loving personality, your smile and all the fun we would have when you come to visit, loved how you could light up the room. I will miss also the long talks on the phone and all the advice you would give me. It was so much fun to be around you, I cherish just getting to be a part of your life over the years. I am so PROUD to be able to you say you are my Auntie J. My dad always told me that he named me after his sister, I am so proud to have that… I will always have a part of you… I Love you soooo much, you niece Nina “Marie”

Mom - You were the most giving person I have ever known. I hope to continue on your legacy in that way. I am so happy that hearing your great grandchildren talk to you when you returned home gave you the peace you needed to go home to your heavenly family. We all know that your journey was to get back to your home since going to Missouri for one last trip to visit with your brothers and sisters. You were my best friend and I miss you deeply, but I am comforted to know you are no longer in pain. Until we can be together again, I love you. Lisa
