To the family of Richard and Betty, our prayers are with you and your family.
We met and got to know each other during the time they had their boat at Harbor View marina. They will always be remembered as the nicest, friendliest folks on the dock. Our condolences and best wishes are with you all from the family of Jay de la Cruz.
