William McCurdy Obituary
1921-2015
William I. McCurdy, 94 of Pensacola, FL passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2015.
He was born on Jan. 1, 1921 in Century, FL to the late William and Florence McCurdy.
Mr. McCurdy was a Navy Veteran of World War II and a lifetime member of the Navy Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marie; one son, Bill (Betty) McCurdy; two grandchildren, Troy (Vicki) McCurdy and Terry (Randy) English; five great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; three stepchildren, Lamar Simpson, Shirley Simmons, and Pam Green; and lots of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North with Reverend Allen Harp, officiating. Burial will follow in Bayview Memorial Park Cemetery.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to services.

I am so very sorry to hear about Mr. Bill, he was such a nice Christian man who cared so deeply about the Lord, his wife Ms. Marie and his family. One thing of certainty; I know, Mr. Bill is gone home to be with the Lord. He lived by Christian values, and I never heard him say an unkind word to anyone. It was a privilege to come to know him and Mrs. Marie. My prayers are with the McCurdy's Family and I pray The Spirit of the Living God will give you strength in the days ahead and give you a stream of healing In Jesus Name. Amen.
