Daniel Kyte Obituary

Mr. Daniel Clayton Kyte, 55, of Powhatan, Va., previously of Chesterfield, Va., was called home on March 17, 2022 to join his parents, Marion and Don Kyte, in heaven. He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Dennis Wyand, and his many canine best friends. He is survived by his daughter, Lauren Kyte, and her mother, Teresa West; sister, Tammy Wyand; brother, Jeff Kyte; sister-in-law, Stacie Kyte; niece, Lindsey (Noah) Hues; nephews, Eric Kyte, Clay Callihan, and Tyler Callihan; and partner, Cindy Shelton. Danny was a friend to many and a stranger to none. Memorial to be announced. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Powhatan Volunteer Rescue Squad, Inc. at P.O. Box 247, Powhatan, Va., 23139.
