Fernando Artaud Obituary

Fernando L. Artaud, 71, of Norfolk, passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2021.

Born in Guantanamo, Cuba he was the son of Adela S. Artaud and the late Fernando I. Artaud. Mr. Artaud was a graduate of Old Dominion University and Indiana University, where he earned his MBA. During his career he was a CPA and Stockbroker. Fernando will be remembered for his love of opera, classical music, golf and history. Most of all, he will be remembered as a devoted and loving husband, father, son and brother.

Including his mother, Fernando's life will be cherished by his wife of 38 years, Myrna Artaud; a son, Darren Artaud; a daughter, Danielle Artaud; a sister, Adela Zoeller and husband Larry Zoeller; a niece, Lisa Heben and husband Ben; a nephew, Lawrence Zoeller, Jr. and wife, Lindsay.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Oman Funeral Home & Crematory, Chesapeake.
