PEORIA - Charles Michael Fleming, 4-month-old son of Michael and Kendra Fleming of Peoria, Ill., passed away at 11:24 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014, at St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
Charlie was born on Dec. 9, 2013, in Peoria, Ill., to Michael and Kendra (Morgan) Fleming.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dr. Charles Duane Morgan.
Surviving are his parents, Michael and Kendra of Peoria; three sisters, Avery Joy, Morgan Grace and Elin Faith, all of Peoria; his maternal grandmother, Joyce Morgan of Peoria; and paternal grandparents, Donald and Ruth Fleming of Peoria.
Charlie blessed so many lives in his short time on this earth. His never-ending smile brought joy to so many people who cared for him and followed his journey.
Funeral services for Charlie will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 6801 N. Allen Road, Peoria, with the Rev. Joseph Meyer and the Rev. Ted Benson officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 9, at the church. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital (SLCH) Foundation.

Very sorry for your loss but I'm so happy we were able to meet sweet Charlie. I will never forget his little smile that melted my heart. He was DEFINATELY flirting with me. :-) love that little boy so much and u guys too! Mike and Kendra prayers that this road will give u some peace that he now has the "perfect" heart and gets to live in glory till we see him again someday. Many prayers and hugs during this difficult time.
