Gary Berchtold Obituary
EAST PEORIA - Gary Dean Berchtold, 57, of East Peoria passed away at 10:39 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2008, at Methodist Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 25, 1950, in Peoria to Elmer Otto and Beverly D. (Burdette) Berchtold.
Surviving are his mother, Beverly Berchtold of East Peoria; one sister, Susan L. Berchtold of East Peoria; and one niece, Stephanie M. Erwin of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.
Gary last worked as a carpenter in the Peoria area.
A memorial service will be held for Gary at a later date. Cremation will be accorded.
Schmidt-Haller Burial and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to The Kidney Foundation.
