This is Mike's niece Jody (Winstead) DeVall. My uncle as many of you may already know was a sweet soul. Uncle Mike lived in Illinois where I was born but later I moved with my parents to Texas. Growing up, I thought of him as a christian man first and then my uncle. He reminded me so much of his mother, my grandmother, who is where he got his sweet spirit. He grew up in a Christian family who served the Lord well and he in turn did the same. I want to be more like him as he was in Christ. I love you and you will never be forgotten.

I knew Mike in grade school and was one of the nicest, sweetest guys that walked on Earth. Always a positive influence for all to follow.
