Rest on our (New Addition's) gentle giant and beloved mail man. Throughout the years you gave us such joy and laughter to remember you for; and oh, the 1st of every month (Inside joke)! Dear family you have my heartfelt condolences and prayers. I would like to thank you for sharing your father with us for so many lovely years. May God be with you all, strengthen, and keep you in the days and years to come.

Dear Timmons family,
Please accept our condolences in your time of loss. I grew up in the Marktown section of East Chicago and some of my earliest memories were waiting for "Tim" to deliver our mail. He was always smiling and always took time to talk to us kids. Despite any weather, he was always in good humor. Later in life I again ran across him as I cared for his father. A truly great man. May he rest in eternal peace.

Mr. Timmons was a cheerful and delightful "Mailman". While I was growing up in New Addition? He knew everybody's name (Including) their children and grandchildren He would see us in the park with our kids, and bring them Popsicles. He would stop to hand you the mail. Always kind and gentle, and always stopped us,if he saw "Trouble". Gonna miss you! R.I.H Mr. Timmons ❤
